- Communication: Assist customers with medication and healthcare service queries, both in-store and over the phone.
- Problem Solving: Resolve prescription discrepancies and follow up on any patient queries promptly.
- Stock Checks: Frequently check stock levels, remove and process expired medications, and assist with general housekeeping of the dispensary
