I have degrees, both in the Psychology and Social Work, which is certainly going to be relevant and useful for various openings in the development sector. I have worked with the children from various backgrounds for almost eight years now. I have seen a lot of successful cases and the ones who couldn’t survive the outside world once they were set free in the mainstream.
This, I think, is my opportunity to work with the youth once they are sent in the mainstream world to not fall back. I am highly compassionate and non-judgemental which has always helped me in being one of the most toughest and favorite most Brother of the children. My experience at my previous work place has taught me a lot of things including donor reporting; proposal writing; designing tools for assessments; handling the children/youth and their numerous issues, patiently.
In my eight years of journey, I have organized and attended numerous trainings/workshops Reunification and Reintegration of care experience children.
