I spent a year as an intern at Vox, where I gained hands-on experience in the wireless environment and developed a strong understanding of network feasibility and product processes. I am now a Junior Wireless Product Coordinator, responsible for supporting wireless product operations, checking site feasibility, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate product availability for clients. This role allows me to bridge technical checks with customer needs while contributing to the smooth delivery of wireless solutions.

I am a Junior Product Coordinator at Vox Telecom with hands-on experience in wireless products, feasibility assessments, and product support. I progressed into this role after completing a one-year Wireless Internship, where I conducted desktop feasibility checks, managed supplier communications, created and tracked tickets, and supported sales teams with accurate pricing and product availability. In my current role, I assist with product launches, prepare and validate sales quotes, deliver onboarding and training sessions, coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams, and support workflow improvements.

I bring strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with proven contributions to improving feasibility approval rates and operational efficiency within the wireless product environment.

I hold a Diploma in Business Management, which provided a strong foundation in core business disciplines including marketing management, financial management, project management, human resource management, and work-integrated learning. Building on this, I completed an Advanced Diploma in Business Management, where I developed deeper knowledge in strategic management, corporate entrepreneurship, management economics, research methodology, and international management.
