Assisted the builders in giving out tools during a project and mixing of cement and issuing it to them when they need it. Further helped in running errands when the need arose. This helped in building resilience and shaped experience for the world of work, opening eyes to what it feels like to be in an organization of bringing a collective objective to life and understanding the real world of employment and what it means to carry responsibility as an employee.
