• Reduce the rate of new substance abusers.
• Facilitate joint stakeholder support and discussion, creating awareness on substance abuse.
• Provide up to date information on the impact of substance abuse in the community
• Encourage active participation by youth and community in becoming economically active.
• Influence cultural norms and values positively
• Administrative duties (filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, managing and distributing information within an office, answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files.)
