Hi am kim Hlatshwayo Am a receiving clerk i start working is receiving clerk before w as a receiving packer.i have been working as receiving clerk for more than 4 years now.

As soon as the truck parked by the bay i take the invoices and make sure its the right truck and record all the information like the truck registration and the driver's name.when done i ask theforklift driver to offload the stock.then compare the physical stock with the invoices when done i check for the expiring date and any damages if i find any discrabancy i let my supervisor to double check for before i write a claim in the claim book and email it back to the suppliers.while doing my responsibility i also make sure i do the housekeeping.when everything correspond i started receiving the stock systemically.before the stock leave to replan packers i make sure that the stock its being shrink wrap.

I have Finnish my matric in 2011 after completing my primary school.in 2015 i started work in as receiving packer and then 2years later i was promoted to be a receiving clerk because of my hard work at Dischem distribution center.
