I’m a Digital Learning and Organisational Development professional with over 10 years of experience designing learning ecosystems that connect people, technology, and performance. I specialise in building digital learning platforms and transforming complex training into engaging, scalable content aligned with business goals.
Having progressed from frontline operations into training leadership and digital learning strategy, I bring a practical understanding of how learning impacts real performance. My focus is on creating solutions that improve speed to competency, support employee growth, and deliver measurable business impact.
I have over a decade of experience in Learning and Development, specialising in digital learning strategy, instructional design, and organisational development within high-performance operational environments. My career began in frontline sales and client services, where I progressed into team leadership and facilitation before moving into learning strategy and digital transformation roles.
I currently lead digital learning initiatives, focusing on the design and implementation of learning platforms, scalable training systems, and data-driven development strategies that align employee growth with business performance. My experience includes building custom learning platforms, redesigning training across multiple campaigns and products, integrating learning systems with HR and operational tools, and developing performance-driven coaching solutions.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with operational leadership, HR, IT, and recruitment teams to create learning ecosystems that improve speed to competency, strengthen compliance, and support organisational growth at scale.
My academic background combines humanities, organisational psychology, and professional training in education and regulatory compliance. I hold a BA in English, Politics, and Law from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and I am currently completing a BCom in Industrial and Organisational Psychology through UNISA.
I also hold professional certifications in Outcomes-Based Education and Training (ODETP) and Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL/TEYL), along with financial services regulatory qualifications including RE1 and RE5, supporting my role as a qualified FSP Key Individual.
