My name is Kwena James Matloga, and I’m a Business Management student who recently completed N6 qualification after passing Grade 12.
During my N6 studies I built a strong foundation in areas like financial management, marketing, human resources, and business communication. The coursework gave me both the theory and practical tools to understand how a business operates from the inside out.
To put that theory into practice, I completed my internship at Markham in Limpopo Mall. That experience was where I learned how business principles work in a real retail environment. I was involved in customer service, stock control, and general store administration. It taught me how to work under pressure, communicate clearly with customers and colleagues, and pay attention to detail when handling transactions and records.
I’m someone who is reliable, organized, and quick to learn new systems. I enjoy problem-solving and working as part of a team, but I can also work independently when needed. I’m now looking for an opportunity where I can apply my business management knowledge while continuing to develop my skills professionally.
