I have led the design and implementation of scalable social impact initiatives across Southern Africa, working with corporates, foundations, and community partners to deliver measurable outcomes. My experience spans building high-value partnerships, managing complex, multi-stakeholder programmes, and translating strategy into execution, supported by strong financial acumen and operational oversight.

In my most recent role at African Bush Camps Foundation, I played a key role in aligning partnerships, funding, and programme delivery across multiple countries, contributing to over $400,000 raised annually while supporting the design and implementation of impact-focused initiatives. I am also the Founding Director of Girls With Wiings, where I have grown the organisation from a grassroots initiative into a sustainable programme supporting over 400 women monthly, while building an income-generating model and leading a team to deliver community-based impact.
