- Performed mechanical testing, including tensile, bend and torsion tests.
- Conducted non-destructive testing using liquid penetrant testing methods.
- Monitored and audited the foundry furnaces for more efficient performance.
- Monitored pickling operations, including acid concentration and bath temperature, to optimize rod surface quality and prevent defects.
