• Ensuring compliance/adherence to Business Unit rules/procedures and execution Of disciplinary enquiries when required.
• Incident Notification Flash Reports.
• Root Cause Analysis Technique.
• SHE Reports and monthly meetings.
• Safe-making of Plant and equipment and Issuing of Work permits to maintenance

Disciplines.

• Adherance to Daily Production schedule.
• Optimization of Plant/Equipment and doing troubleshooting.
• Maintaining stable plant operations and taking corrective actions when deviations
