In the work place you need to put your customers first and you need to be calm all the time. If they need any explanation be there to explain to them, remember that the customer is always right. Also make sure that you always smiling to your customers and be good to them.

I studied for Office Administration level 2 at Msunduzi Campus at Pietermaritzburg, i passed with good marks and i am good and fast learn. I do understand English and Zulu also and Xhosa. I can be able to work under pressure, and team work. I learned a lot about Office Administration how do you speak to customer and how important they mean to you and the company.
