I have extensive knowledge and 13 years experience in the Property industry. From Sales and Rentals in both Residential and Commercial, experience as well as Property Management.
I have my NQF4 in real estate and did a bookkeeping to trial balance certificate.
I reside in Plumstead, Cape Town and have my own reliable vehicle.
I am a driven, enthusiastic go-getter who strives to learn, and grow!
I am currently the Rental Portfolio Manager at Pam Golding Property Management Services but my portfolio also includes managing shopping centers, parking lots and assisting in an HOA.
Prior to this I was a residential Sales and Rental Agent for 10 years.
I have completed my NQF4 in Real Estate.
