In my current position as a Sales Call Centre Team Leader I oversee a room of 6 - 10 employees provide training on telephone sales techniques monitor calls for effectiveness and provide coaching to call center staff. I have matric Grade 12 I passed with admission to bachelor, I completed NQF level 6 in financial managemen, I completed foundation management program 1 and 2, I started the bachelor in business administration however did not complete it.
