- Support in the delivery of onboarding in close collaboration with the recruitment team and managers and assist/lead on probation reviews as part of employee ongoing development.
- Provide up to date and knowledgeable advice to managers on the principles of UK and international employment law. Ensuring HR policies, processes and procedures are implemented to the required standard across the business.
- Support managers in the delivery of the Appraisal and Review processes, including attendance at annual reviews ensuring progress is tracked and performance is managed.

- Responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle process of new staff members at all levels for the company, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding. Liaise with management regarding interviews and ensure that interview guides utilized is in conjunction with the required skill set.
- Ensure all relevant recruitment documentation is completed accurately and in full and pre-employment checks are completed, these include but are not limited to: Employment Reference checks, Criminal checks, Qualifications, & ID validation via Lexis Nexis, Application forms and Recruitment Checklist forms.
- Ensure that the recruitment documentation is submitted and completed in a timely manner for sign-off.
