A dedicated customer service provider with over ten years ofp experience in the hospitality industry. My experience ranges from working in fine dining cousins, hotels and up-marketrestaurants. A prolonged length of time in the hospitality industry helped me to hone my skills which do not only include serving guests but coffee brewing and cocktail mixing aswell.
At Vib employees are required to be able to assist in other departments when extra help is needed, hence even as a waitress l acquired barrister skills as l found myself mostly making coffees during breakfast time. I also acquired the skill of making cocktails through assisting bartenders when ever an all hands on deck situation arose.

Urbantonic is an events company hence my service is required mostly at functions where my duties include replenishing buffet food, refilling beverages and clearing dirty dishes.
It is also my duty to ensure that the venue is organized and clean before and after the event.
Being physically feet is of paramount importance as most of my duties require me to be on my feet from the beginning to the end of an event.
As an events waitron, I am responsible for unloading equipment from the truck, setting up venues for events, inspecting equipment for use and checking it against inventory.
My experience at Urbantonic equipped me with excellent levels of customer service and the ability to adhere well to events safety standards.
