Co-ordination of all CSF & MCC 4coating process activities from raw substrate intake to finished products.

Collaborate with maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
Completion and close out of all production lots prior to end of shift.

Start up of the Block making machine.
Loading the correct recipe and size of the brick on the machine.
Making sure Operators are packing good quality products by supplying them with the correct gauges.
Strapping pallets and packing them on the allocated areas in the yard.
Ordering sand, grit and taking samples to the lab.
Doing cycle counts on a daily basis and stock takes at the end of the month.
Segregating seconds from scrap and counting waste per shift.
Issuing PPE and making sure 5S principles are followed in shopfloor.
