I was a student at icollege and I was doing practical work for a month, my duties entailed :answering calls taking and delivering the messages , organising and retrieving files, attending meetings and taking notes, making copies, scans… It was my first time experiencing a real workplace environment, it was hard but the opportunity is still appreciated.
