*I Providing 1st Line and 2nd Line ICT Support to Department staff and satellite offices.
*Ensure that desktop computers, laptops and printers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems.
*Assist staff with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment and software complying with given standards and guidelines.
*Train and guide staff on hardware and software usage.
*Setting up accounts for new users using Active Directory
*Logging and closing calls on the system.
*Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
*Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
I have a NationalvDiploma qualification in Computer system engineering, optained from Tshwane University of Technology
