Hello, my name is Lebelo Mosia, an experienced commerce graduate familiar with ERP's systems such as SAP, Syspro, Microsoft Office Suite, Google and Quickbooks.
I am a Creditors Clerk with 8+ years of experience. I have knowledge of AP and AR, reconciliations, balancing ledgers to trial balance. My duties include capturing tax invoices allocating costs to relevant codes and applying any discounts while processing payments for goods or services rendered.
I am a self-starter who pays attention to detail when capturing or posting journals thus reaching target timelines and achieving KPI's efficiently. My quota of payments is over 600 vendor vouchers, with a net book value per subsidiary of over R100,000 a cycle.
My qualification is matric (grade 12) with exemption and a completed B.Com degree. I intend enrolling for a suitable, relevant qualification to supplement my work acumen, job description and career aspirations. My strengths are fluency in professional business English as well organizational skills e.g. time management and task prioritization.
My work is also of a superior standard with regard to quality of reports, accuracy of calculations and appropriate employment of accounting procedures and principles e.g.
Law, King V Report, GAAP, FAIS, FICA Accounting and Auditing standards.
