• Responsible for communication and direct liaison with Workshop on preparation of machines prior delivery.
• Facilitating customer complaints and queries, ensure follow-up through communication and give results to customers.
• Attending to Walk in Customers and explaining different types of units and their functions and push for sales.
• General Assistance to Sales Representatives, Administrator and Regional Sales Manager.
• Ensuring that the Pre-Owned Cage is Parked according to ASEC Standards, requirements and Guidelines.

Stock Controller - Saffer Plumbing and Hardware - Germiston

• Forecasting demand and supply and plan accordingly to eradicate understocking or overstocking
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and report to management
• Analysis of stock levels always to keep track of over or understocking
• Ensure proper storage of inventory items in shelves, well labelled, packed, staked in Bins and well wrapped.
