Worked at Eduvos in the 2022 for 6 months and also in the year 2023 for three months. The role was for an enrollment temp where by the duties included:
Support the students on campus/online with enrollment related queries and processes.
.Support teams on campus with Data Integrity check
.Assist students and prospective students with campus tours and logistical navigation for classes
.Assist all relevant department involved with enrollment with administrative tasks and duties to expedite an excellent student experience.
.Assist in administration of fast tracked enrollment process.
.Scanning and saving of personal information of prospective students.
.General customer service and office administration
Studied BCom in Business Management where by we covered the broad principles of commerce and management. Focusing on business management, human resource management and marketing. Developed a sound foundation in accounting, financial management,project management, economics, organisational behavior and research methodology.
