I have established himself within a dynamic business environment of corporate SA in the last 33 years where his extensive expertise in the full spectrum of Business management systems and Operations management has been fully utilized. I also specializes as a management consultant in innovative transformation of companies’ Performance Management Systems, Change management and management of Transformation in the Mining and Engineering sectors. I have earned enormous recognition for my ‘research interventions and implementation strategies’.

I spent the last 10 years in the power generation Sector specializing in the supply and refurbishment of High Pressure - High Temparture Valves and Spares to all Eskom Powerstations. The process which gave rise heightened interest and involvement into the Renewable Energy Sector.

I have demonstrated a high command of creative energies and most important the array of skills which included but not limited to, organising, planning, negotiating as well as the ability to communicate at all levels of the organizations with unmeasured confidence. I shared much knowledge and influence on strategic foresight within the department of finance and made impactful changes.
