From 2014 to 2015, I worked as an administrative assistant for Franco Ceccato's accounting department, where I:
- Established and maintained filing systems to keep track of progress of client and vendor invoices.
- I performed data capturing for the eight accountants in the department
From October 2021 to January 2023, I was hired as an environmental technician, and then promoted to Superintendent, for NCC Environmental Services:
- As a technician and first-aider my duties included:
- As level 1 first-aider I treated any wounds or injuries incurred by myself or my teammates in the field
- As technician, I collected and analysed specimens necessary for the Guttural Toad Control Project for research
- Due to my interest and studies in computer science, I was given the additional task of managing the project database, which entailed collating and processing over 3000 specimens for back-end research performed by an environmental scientist .
- As superintendent, my tasks involved:
- Liasing with environmental scientists, management and over 60 clients to co-ordinate operations and organise locations for specimen collection
- Training and supervising a team of four environmental technicians to ensure safety code compliance and help upskill my colleagues as part of the outreach initiative of the company
From May 2023 to August 2023, I was hired as a tech intern for Gao RFID, Inc:
- I generated over 280 leads that could partner with the company using LinkedIn and Google
- I performed social media marketing for the company through LinkedIn
- Compiled daily reports to accurately reflect progress, which required fastidious documentation of activity
- Increased company online visibility by 10%
