• Providing administrative and logistical support to the project manager,
• Processing attendee registrations, including collecting information, sending confirmations and reminders, managing payments and updating databases,
• Managing on-site registration check-in process
• Preparing and distributing event materials, such as agendas, name badges, and delegate packs.
