• Provide instruction and training to students in essential research methodologies
• Clearly articulate assignment requirements by reviewing and interpreting assignment questions with students
• Train students in the effective use of academic search engines and digital databases
• Guide students in identifying and applying appropriate keywords for efficient research
• Instruct students on the correct formatting and layout of academic assignments

• Provide invigilation support for students with special needs, including those with hearing and visual impairments
• Act as scribe when required, reading questions aloud and recording student responses, with audio recording for verification
• Supervise and enforce discipline in the Open Learning Centre

• Assist students with printing, photocopying, and assignment preparation
• Maintain accurate logbooks of student attendance and center usage
• Report technical and equipment malfunctions to the IT Department
• Participate in meetings with Academic Support Facilitators, Student Support Services Management, and Campus Management to discuss student progress and support strategies
