I have been working in the hospitality industry for roughly three years now. I‘m a passionate worker and is passionate about providing the best possible experience for guests. I also love communicating with guests and wants to satisfy guests. I’m good at communication skills, I’m able to work under pressure, creative ways to solve problems and teamwork.

I have spent three years working as a sales assistant and client support. I have resolved our clients complaints and making sure the sales of the company is doing well. This required me to communicate with clients and resolving their problems effectively and developing a passion of communicating and satisfying clients.

I have earned two diplomas while in high school: Hospitality Management and Tourism. I acquired these diplomas in Central High School in Beaufort West in South Africa.
