As the EUC Manager for one of the top global law firms, I report to the Head of Global Shared Services Infrastructure. I am responsible for leading the development and operation of globally shared EUC services. This includes all shared & common EUC elements (e.g. assets, suppliers, policies, controls and processes) of hybrid Exchange, Office 365 suite which includes Teams, Intune MAM/MDM, Identity, Active Directory and PKI management along with EUC services for the global business operations, moving away from on premise services to Cloud based services.
This is a global role operating across a matrixed and multi-sourced globally-dispersed organization. I ensure services are designed and built to be efficiently operated ‘always-on’ allowing for out of hours working. My team consist of EUC staff based in the US, Canada, EMEA, South Africa and Australia.
