Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments online and maintaining records and accounts. Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries. Comforting distressed patients – this may range from simply fixing any appointment issues that may arise, through to being the voice of comfort during times of extreme stress and emergency.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks, prepares medical files, maintains and keeps patient information confidential, and maintains medicinal supplies and equipment.
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance. Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
