Good Day My name is Leah Lerato Ramashala. I am writing to express my interest in the above-mentioned post. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Intermediate to Senior Phase from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and registered with the South African Council for Educators (SACE).
In addition, I hold a First Aid certificate. Through my two years of practical teaching experience at Endulweni Primary School in Tembisa and Kgabo Primary School in Atteridgeville, I have developed a strong foundation in classroom management, lesson planning, and learner engagement. These experiences allowed me to work with diverse groups of learners, identify individual strengths and areas of need, and provide targeted support to ensure all learners reached their potential.
Coming from a family of educators, I have always regarded teaching as a calling. I am passionate about teaching because it empowers learners with essential communication, reading, and speaking skills that prepare them for academic success and the wider world. My ability to observe, listen, and communicate effectively has enabled me to connect with learners, create an inclusive classroom environment, and serve as a positive role model.
