Apply TPM tools, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving to reduce variability, drive zero-loss performance, and strengthen production line capability. Conduct data collection, analysis, and interpretation to identify key losses, validate process improvements, and update operating standards in line with WCM principles.
Contribute to autonomous and preventive maintenance through equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and collaboration with maintenance and engineering teams. Develop and update SOPs, technical standards, and training material to support consistent operation, quality control, and process safety compliance.
Assist with production planning, forecasting, and operational reporting while leading improvement initiatives that optimize resources, reduce waste, and strengthen process design. Participate in cross-functional rotations and leadership development programmes to build strong analytical capability, technical depth, and people-centered leadership aligned with continuous improvement and world-class manufacturing expectations.
