I've worked in telecommunications proving customer service to customers.

I then worked as a Quality Assurance Coach also in the Insurance call center industry. Then became a Product Facilitator (Training and Development Facilitator). When my position got redundant as a Facilitator

I joined the motor industry. First as a Bookings Clerk then later joined the finance team as an F&I Assistant

I hold a Facilitator and Assesor National Certificate.
