Experience
Advise management timeously and effectively with regards to all aspects of disciplinary hearings, counselling of poor work performance, grievance and provide clear guidelines on proper employee relations processes and procedures to be initiated and assess the labour risks;
Drafting employment or other related contracts and formulate legal opinions on legislation impacting the business. Develop and manage a system which ensures that communication of the rights of employees and line managers is effective;
Assess existing policies and draft applicable employee relations templates i.e. policy and procedures, guidelines, forms, generic letters, pleadings for litigation and recommend adequate measures to line managers;
Facilitate and to conduct disciplinary, incapacity and grievance hearings;
Appear at the CCMA;
Ensure proper administrative case management of all labour disputes at the CCMA, Bargaining Councils, Labour Court;
Provide administrative assistance in the compiling of annual planned budgets, minimising legal expenditure for the Department;
Compiling monthly reports;
Provide an efficient human resource support services.
