I have mot than 15 years in the Human Resources environment. I have rotated the different sub-units of HR which include Training and Development, Employee Wellness, Labor Relations and payroll. I have spent most of these years in the Recruitment and Selection as a practitioner and currently as an Assistant Director in the Public Sector.
I worked in the Gaming Industry which was in a Casino in Newcastle and the latter part of my experience is with the Public Sector at KZN Treasury
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce: Industrial Psychology
I am currently finalizing my Honors degree in Industrial Psychology
