I am a trained project manager with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering exceptional results. While my expertise lies primarily in project management, I am excited to explore new opportunities in the business sector specifically in data analytics, risk management and financial analysis

Although I don’t have direct experience in these fields, I am eager to learn and expand my skill set. I believe that strong project management skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively will be a valuable asset in any role. I am a quick learner and enjoy taking on new challenges, and I am confident that I can leverage my existing experience to succeed in a new industry.

I hold an honours degree in the build industry and have accumulated nearly five years of experience in the field. During this time, I had the privilege of working for two esteemed companies.

My first employment was with Central Development & Cosmopolitan Projects, a prominent mid-income residential developer based in Midrand, operating across Gauteng.

I was a part of the project finance team, where my responsibilities included

• Interpreting and comprehending cash flow and feasibility studies. 
• I also compiled comprehensive project information to provide accurate funding proposals to lenders. 
• Moreover, I played a crucial role in interpreting loan agreements and ensuring compliance documentation, which facilitated monthly construction progression payouts.

Notable mandates I worked on include:

• The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and Land Reform's Head Office Accommodation PPP Project, where I handled contract management during the post-financial close construction phase on behalf of the Department. 
• Additionally, I assisted in developing a feasibility study for the Department of Higher Education and Training and Development Bank of South Africa's Student Infrastructure Programme. 
• I also contributed to Climate Fund Managers' Africa division by working on a portfolio of Biogas Projects, specifically the FIP Financial Proposal.

I obtained my degrees (undergrad and postgrad) at the University of Pretoria in the Construction Economics faculty. My undergrad degree, BSc Real Estate, comprised of the following subjects; building organisation, building drawings, building sciences, building services, economics, quantities, mathematics, property law, financial management, civil engineering services, statistics, site surveying, business law, property valuation, contract law, and sustainable construction while my future honors studies, BSc Real Estate Honors specialised in property valuation, feasibility studies, construction entrepreneurship, construction contract law, construction project management, real estate and a research methodology completed on The participation trends apparent from analyzing the stakeholders involved in the development of all certified Green Star SA office buildings in 2017 and compare the findings to the trends identified from2009 until 2015
