Over my working years, I have acquired vast experience in production (especially syrup manufacturing) and have maintained my reputation of honesty, integrity, being a reliable, dedicated proactive, hardworking, team player with a “can do” attitude. I possess excellent interpersonal communication and relationship, management skills coupled with the ability to learn fast. I have extensive experience in process optimization, production planning, and participating in the implementation of and commissioning of new projects.

My academic record, coupled with my experience have developed and refined me to be able to perform any task given.

• Supervise and lead staff of 6 employees
• Continuous training, coaching, counselling and support for team members
• Lead and support the process support team in the achievement of cost effective and timeous supply of the correct quantity and quality of materials
• Management of resources to ensure achievement of productivity requirements
• Ensure simple and final syrups are manufactured as per production plan
• Ensure Department complies to OHS Act; ISO14001, Quality Standards; 
• Conduct internal audits
• Ensure that systems (pipes, tanks, mixing stations) are sanitized
• Review and sign off of shift performance in Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety Management
• Capture stock on SAP system
• Conduct disciplinary actions
• Train Syrup Makers for improved competence 
• Maximize production throughput and conformance to quality and minimize waste of product, ingredients, and auxiliary materials
• Drive predictable and reliable production processes and outputs
• Conduct One-on-Ones and Performance Review sessions with Syrup Makers
• Enforced and maintained safe work area
• Supported and implemented change interventions
• Ensure that all required administrative tasks in support of the production team are carried out
• Audit maintenance schedules, works orders, completed 5WHY’s when required
