Dynamic, motivated and accomplished Professional with the understanding of the human wellbeing required for any person to perform and successful accomplish the assignment but also for healing process. My time at Teddy bear equipped me with these knowledge and experience while working with abandoned and abused kids. Tsogosun afforded me an opportunity to put into practice my knowledge in counselling through employee wellness programme.

I have been managing employee wellness programme since 2017. Over the years I gained experience in therapeutic counselling employees suffering from different ailment, managing sick leave and reasonable accommodation. This also exposed me to HR and Industrial Relations processes in so far as incapacity ill health case management is concern.

I have learnt so much in Employee engagement, Employee wellness consultations with senior management, employees and employee’s representatives (Union).

• Responsible for Employee wellness and EAP in Tables Department- identifying employees with Socio economic issues.
• Diagnose the causes of drop in performance and recommend either training or Refer for Counselling through Employee Assistance Programme
• Communicates the available and importance of Employee wellness benefits 
• Manage individual cases of incapacity ill health
• Assist employees with maternity benefits process including workplace accommodation
• Manages employees who are experiencing behavioural, emotional or wellness issues to enhance the work environment and improve employees job performance 
• Monitoring and evaluations of the success or impact of the EAP services relating to individual performance and work organisation. 
• Manage and update departmental management on reasonable accommodation cases and facilitate the workplace reintegration process.
