I am a Tourism Management graduate with a wide range of experience. I have worked as a receptionist, office administrator, retail store personell, assistant general manager and a centre manager. I am a very fast learner who is always eager to learn new skills and develop myself while also reaching the goals of the company I work for.
I am a go getter, a friendly, punctual, responsible individual who is also able to take accountability for their own actions. I am passionate about giving everything I do, my absolute best. My aspiration includes working in a place I'm able to call a second home, an environment that is healthy.
I am currently working as a centre manager at a Tourist Information and Crafts Centre, managing it both as a tourism space and as a building. This including managing employees, maintenance, security, tenants, rent and the overall functionality of the centre. I also have experience in sales as I have worked as a store personell, handling customer payments on the point of sale system, launching merchandise sales, doing stock taking, recommending items to customers, ensuring proper product knowledge of our stock.
I have also worked as an office administrator, where I was also a receptionist, being the 1st point of contact, welcoming guests, handling emails and telephone call s incoming, making bookings, arranging transport, processing payments, compiling reports, managing the perttt cash, and other administrative duties.
My latest qualification is a diploma in Tourism Management which I graduated in, in 2016. Gratuating with a distinction and being the best performer in my programme.
