I am an enthusiastic individual always open to learning new things. I strive for success at all times. I currentlybhold a Management Assistant N4 and N5 certificate, and I am currently completing my N6 certificate. This certification has equipped me with the necessary skills to provide valuable administrative support.
I also hold a Registry Management Certificate.
My proficiency in verbal and written communication is excellent, a crucial attribute for meaningful interactions. I also have a genuine desire to assist people.
I am currently employed at Morrisons an online retail situated on the Webhelp premises. We assist customers with lost orders, late deliveries, missing items etc.
I previously worked for Egencia on the Webhelp premises as well. We facilitated travel arrangements for corporate entities globally. Our responsibilities included booking flights, cars, ferries, and hotels, as well as handling customer inquiries regarding their travel.
The campaign was downsizing and were within the company until January 29, 2024. Our tools included Amadeus, Microsoft Word, SilverAgent, Salesforce, and Citrix.
I have also worked at Neiman Marcus, a luxury retailer on the CCI premises. Our duties involved tracking customer orders, placing orders on behalf of customers, and handling billing inquiries.
I have also been employed by Kayo, an Australian sports streaming service catering to sports enthusiasts located on the CCI premises. Our tasks involved addressing customer concerns about content, broadcasting, and billing inquiries. Additionally, we provided troubleshooting assistance during live games.
