Lindi Hellyer

Being the kind of person who applies creative solutions to seeing a project through to the end I have developed a reputation for not shying away from a challenge. I really enjoy working in a collaborative environment where I am empowered to make decisions that impact positively on colleagues and customers, and I am passionate about using training, development, and mentorship programmes to make a difference.

I have added value by providing the tools that assist sales teams in reaching their targets as well as processes that enable consistency across the organisation. I am immensely proud of having been instrumental in the roll out of the FIFA World Cup 2010 at FNB – I received the “Rising Star” award and a trip to Mauritius for my contribution.

Having really enjoyed my time in retail and the financial industry, I am looking to join a marketing team that is performance driven and knows how to embrace creativity and fun – an industry leader that challenges the current status quo

I am an established marketing professional with extensive experience within the retail and financial services industry leading business growth by translating business needs into marketing and communications objectives, while providing best-practice strategic marketing, communications and citizenship support to business partners. I am a result driven leader with an exceptional ability to coach, develop and manage my team optimizing performance and service delivery. I aim to maximize my expertise by utilizing experience and education including certificates in Digital PR, Digital Marketing and New Management Development to add value within an innovative and reputable organization.
