To Co-ordinate the Activities of the Teller Area by Scheduling Staff and to Assign Work.
Problems and Answering Questions. Assisting with Complex Transactions and Sensitive Clients problems. Administering and Explaining Policies and Procedures. Identify and Report Technical problems. To make sure that the Tellers gives the best service and the Customer's Transactions are processed accurately.
To guide and teach the Tellers different Bank products for their personal growth and to avoid mistakes while dealing with Customer's transaction. To take out the ATM deposits and balance the ATM. Divising strategies for Selling and Promoting Bank Products.
Products and Services while ensuring Customer's requirements are met.
Accounts according to customers needs. Being helpful and sensitive to customers needs. To provide professional product solution and directing customers to the right channels. Relieving other Supervisors for lunch breaks.
