I have been in the FMCG Industry for 15 years, where I have mainly worked at Mondelez, during my tenure at Mondelez I have been a Process Technician (in manufacturing), where I have been involved in projects on the Mondelez site, I also travelled extensively to Cairo (Egypt) for commissioning an installation. I had a short stint as a Process Manager (Shift Manager), where I had a total of 18 direct reports. I worked for Nampak R&D as a Technologist after which I worked for Mondelez in Gaborone (Botswana) on a chewing gum project for a 1.5years.
I moved back to Gqeberha (P.E) where I became a Product Development Engineer (R&D), during this time I attended to various local project initiatives (Lunch bar installation, PS reformulation, margin improvement on chocolate formulations).
I moved into production in 2014 as a Process Engineer where I went to Poland and Italy for a wafer (training) and chocolate line (commissioning) respectively.
I have attended chewing gum training in Rockford (USA), Chocolate and Laboratory courses in Switzerland and the UK.
I am a registered Greenbelt in IL6S.
I have worked as a Process Engineer at Grassroots Group where I have been involved in processing of fruit pulp to a final leather fruit confectionary.
I am currently working as a Quality Line Manager for Two A Day who is responsible for packing fresh produce for the local and export market/
