- Lead and manage implementation of interventions at district to cluster/ward level.
- Coordinate and work with M&E teams in weekly meetings and review of performance, refine weekly plans considering yield/challenges and develop QI projects.

- To make anonymous phone calls to beneficiaries on weekly basis, record the outcomes and do follow-up.
- Adoption of technical support approach i.e. dedication of a day for intense support on specific (AYFS) and custom indicators.
Nurse Clinician (Team Leader) - TB HIV CARE

- Implementation and recording of Priority Populations Preventions (PP-PREV) Program interventions in TB HIV Care supported sites as per implementation model.
- To ensure full integration between structural, behavioral, biomedical, intensified economic strengthening.
- Ensure navigation of referrals into a facility where needed.
- Develops and maintains relationships with facility managers, educators and learner representative organizations in allocated clusters.
- Collaborates with Department of Basic Education (DBE), Department of Social Development (DSD), Department of Health (DOH) other Government Departments, Partners managers and community role-players to scale up THC's package of services.
- Ensure mapping of CBOs and hots spots for mobilisation of vulnerable AGYW and sites for vulnerability screening.
- Implements package of integrated SRH services: Integrated HIV counselling and testing, ART initiation, PrEP initiation, pregnancy testing, contraception (incl. emergency, condoms), post-exposure prophylaxis, TB screening, STI screening and management, creatinine clearance, screening for mental health, substance and alcohol abuse, GBV, risk perception & reduction counselling, and adherence/ continuation support.
- Identifying victims of gender-based violence and provision of minimum package of post violence care services, including HIV testing, PEP, EC, STI screening, psychosocial support, and linkage to medical forensic services
- Ensures case management strategy is implemented by PrEP CT team to ensure beneficiaries of program remain in Care (RIC).

As a Facility Team Lead (FTL) provided both technical assistance and direct service delivery to facilities in terms of leadership and management, clinical governance and monitoring and evaluation at facility level through mentoring and coaching of facility health teams using a quality improvement approach and applying management for results, principles and practices across all aspects of the six building blocks of the health system.
