I started working in the Bosch warehouse on the 28 of November 2008 as a material handler in the dispatch area. UTI was the service provider for Bosch at the time so I was employed by UTI, this was before UTI changed the name to DSV. As time went by I was trained to operate a forklift then got promoted to being a forklift operator.
After some time I was transferred to the receiving area to be a team leader and at the same time I was also assisting in inventory. In 2019 DSV lost the Bosch contract over Bidvest then we were transferred to Bidvest. I only worked for Bidvest for a year then after I was retrenched because of COVID-19.
