I am a type of person that has developed the job that i do in a career, that is why i am continuously improving my knowledge and skills to be able to fit in any organizational culture and to maintain the values. Above what my CV states i have completed the two online Alison Diploma's namely: 1. Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health and 2. Diploma in Outcome - based Education and Academic Quality Assurance. I am Currently busy with another online Diploma in Train the Trainers. I have been in the industry and my last job was with Novatek Drills manufacturing for the past 24 years, where i played important part in various rolls eg.

I do possess the following attributes:

In short: Allrounder with lots of experience in the Human Resource Training, Health and Safety including the Industrial Relations. I do come from old school of thought that one has to perform optimally and be able to fit any role in the organization. I furthermore did the Adult based training courses including with Gold Fields Learning Academy that was facilitated by the University of Stellenbosch under new methodology called “Suggestopedia”.

I then Introduced Adult Evening Classes where the organization managed to upskill workers from zero schooling to achieving ABET level 3 & 4 respectively thus enabling them to study mining and other related courses.

I completed my education while in the workplace ie. OD Level 4 & 5 respectively. I however continued to do courses that where relevant to my job at the time and fell in love with Health and Safety Training.
