I have gained valuable experience in the design office environment, where I have actively collaborated with tool makers mostly concentrating on engineering changes, new tools and general office tasks.
Due to my curiosity I have a fair amount of knowledge in fabrication and manufacturing, as well as hands-on skills in these environments.
My willingness to learn and understand uncommon challenges makes me who I am.
Apart from work ,I enjoy family time and educating myself on something new.
-Using Cad to analyze existing tooling designs and improve them.
-Sharing designs with colleagues and implementing any relevant feedback in the new design.
-Carrying out quality assurance tests on new designs.
-Travelling to manufacturing plants and factories to gather information and liaise with manufacturing and design teams.
-Creating bill of materials for procurement.
-Keeping up to date with developments in the engineering field.
-Work directly with designers and toolmakers to review, update and improve on tooling designs.
-Manage own timeline and feedback reports.
-Help improving communication process in designing and tooling department.
-CNC Machine Care & Operation.
-Maintenance/Repair
-Analyse detailed blueprints, 3D solid models, and written graphical information from a CAD/CAM system.
