I hold a degree in Information Science and initially worked in IT and Network Administration at Vox Telecoms. However, my passion lies in firsthand roles, exemplified during my impactful tenure at International Water Technologies. Despite the physically demanding tasks, I thrived, showcasing my dedication and earning a modest income.

Later, as an Information Manager for a church, I became one of the youngest in my field. This role enriched my administrative and customer service skills. As a tier 1 support agent at Vox Telecoms, my background in policy writing, information management, and Microsoft 365 expertise made the job seamless.

Venturing into freelancing in 2022, I conducted Security Risk Assessments and set up my music studio. Realizing my preference for collaborative work, I yearn to apply my unmatched research and surveillance skills, adeptness in competitive intelligence, and ability in technology and networks. I excel in delivering friendly, prompt, and basic IT support.

I pursued a foundation degree in Information Science, specifically in group B. Unlike group A students, I opted not to delve into statistics and completed two years of Business Management instead of three. Group B allowed me the flexibility to explore at least three additional subjects, broadening my overall knowledge.

One notable strength I acquired from this educational path is the ability to dissect and simplify complex research or technical problems into manageable components. I possess the skill to construct a framework for research, envisioning the final product in my mind. However, I acknowledge a tendency towards arrogance, often attempting to handle tasks independently without seeking assistance.

One crucial aspect emphasized in this field is the necessity for relationships with subject matter experts and effective stakeholder management. Despite this flaw, the degree has been instrumental in providing me with a versatile skill set, enabling me to navigate various directions in my career.
