i have been in aviation for 12yrs and 5yrs lf those years were in compliance. I very passionate about teaching and ensuring employees know and understand the regulations so they know at all times what is expected of them. I have been luckily to have a ftee role in my current job, of ensuring safety but being able to work hand in hand with quality control and assistance due to my expertise as a engineer (avionics). i work directly with CAA during audits or incidents.
