Luboneni Sijoni

I am Sijoni Luboneni. A 19 year old female, graduated matric in 2024. I reside in 32 Sidwadwa Drive, Sidwadwa View in Mthatha. I had a gap year in 2025 and went to East London for working.

I worked as a chef assistance (Chef Shaz), kept track of our orders, assisted in the making of orders, attended customers and managed the work place. I also served the clients when they needed us to serve them (when they ordered for a buffet event) and delivered packed meals when ordered. The business dealt with both the formal and informal events.

I also worked at a braaing spot owned by the same chef. I took the orders, managed payments, made the orders when my colleagues were unavailable, packed them and delivered them.

I also worked at a children's day care during my free time, baby sat children between the ages of 3months to 4years. Taught the older children the basics like colours, numbers, counting, colouring, discipline, etc in preparation for pre-school.

I also worked as a hairstylist when I could.

I finished my matric in 2024 at Umthatha International School and graduated with a bachelor's degree. I did the science stream which included English First Additional Language, Isixhosa Home Language, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Geography, Life Sciences and Life Orientation.
