- Attending Production meetings and comback with reporting to the team
- Assign batches to the junior compounders according to their strength and weaknesses
- Perfoming a critical role between production and QC with non-cornfirming products and also involved in investigation
- Training junior operators and making sure the is clean and safe to start production
- Confirming with Warehouse Regarding Stock availability and that operators must follow fifo rule
- Send production report to the management by the end of shift
- Back flush everybatch after its completion to avoid stock descrepency for the planning team
- Checking production paperwork and update eigscale culobration
